Vacvator is located in the country town of Goulburn NSW. We are proud supporters of Australian made and to that end our trucks are designed, manufactured, painted and assembled at our facility. With that design and manufacturing comes an intimate knowledge of our products which we pass onto our customers through service and support.

Service, Support, Training & Warranty
Service:
We offer service and repair of our trucks in our facility at Goulburn and also have agreements with service agents in other parts of Australia. Our facility stocks a comprehensive list of consumable and replacement parts for all of our trucks. Customers can reach our Vacuum Truck Spare Parts Team at parts@vacvator.com.au
Support:
We offer a guaranteed turnaround time for support to our valued customers; from the time you call in to the time we get one of our team to help with your problem, we guarantee to call back within the hour. We know our customer’s time is valuable and production is paramount to their success. All our customers have been extremely happy with our response time and the quality of our support, this has always been a high priority in our business model and all our staff understand it’s importance. Training:
Vacvator offer training on our trucks for every new customer. Each truck is supplied with a comprehensive operator and training manual to ensure the training is supported long after the onsite training has been done.
Warranty:
We warrant all OEM purchased equipment for 12 months, the Hino trucks we partner with have a 3 year warranty. Should there be any claims we will work with our customers to ensure all our supply partners including truck, vacuum pump and water pump suppliers adhere to those warranties. Vacvator offer a 3 year warranty on all Vacvator manufactured parts.
